The Insafe network is pleased to announce that the SID 2013, which will take place on Tuesday 5 February 2013, will be the tenth edition of the event. We hope therefore to make it bigger and better than ever before.
Safer Internet Day (SID) is organised by Insafe each year in February to promote safer and more responsible use of online technology and mobile phones, especially amongst children and young people across the world.
The theme for the 10th Safer Internet Day will be Online rights and responsibilities and the slogan is “Connect with respect”. The campaign will take place worldwide on Tuesday 5 February 2013. As in previous years, members of the public, schools, NGOs, industry and other stakeholders are all invited to take part.
